Job requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing for service or product-based businesses.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads with clear lead/conversion targets.
- Create monthly digital marketing plans including channel mix, budget allocation, and campaign objectives.
- Track KPIs such as CPL, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives, landing page content, and campaign assets.
- Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Suite, and UTM tracking.
- Ability to identify growth opportunities through A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
